The Store Manager position is a professional, supervisory position held accountable for the daily operation of an assigned location. The Store Manager differentiates our stores from competitors by exceeding customers’ expectations in the areas of Store Image and Cleanliness, In-Stock Position, and Customer Service as well as maximizing store profitability by increasing sales, controlling expenses, and controlling cash and inventory losses.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Promoting excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training employees, as well as developing the store staff
• Analyzing daily sales and expense information, and developing plans to maximize sales and net profits
• Reaching desired objectives by evaluating and developing specific action plans that address the needs of the store site

An ideal candidate will possess:

• Honest and friendly nature
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Experience in retail sales
• A valid Driver’s License and personal transportation to/from the bank.
• Ability to work a 5-½ day/50+ hours per week work schedule.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Ability to work well independently – often without supervision.
